The Living Room 30th April-4th May, 2012

Hello there Everyone,

Here is our weekly timetable of events.

Just to say that we’re having a little raw food party on Wednesday – all most welcome – to end the first leg of our ‘Nutrition and the Nervous System’ course. We have all kinds of groovy ways of joining it up with some ‘Mindful Eating’ with Mari Kennedy, and more of that next week.

I hope this last week has found you being happy and healthy and creative beyond your wildest dreams ( yeah – even in this rain!)

Until we see you again in the flesh, enjoy the ‘manifesting sunshine’ meditations!

Best wishes,
Christine

New Connect Course at The Living Room and an Organic Veg & Herb Growing Course at The Heritage Garden

We would like to let you all know about two new courses that you, or someone you know, might be interested in.
The first will be taking place here at The Living Room, starting May 10th – CONNECT, facilitated by Ursula Browne:
‘Connection to your core being allows you to stand upright in partnership, in family, in community. This 6 week course focuses on personal integrity, authentic behaviour and right relationship. Through music, meditation, poetry and conversation we allow each of our chakras (levels of wisdom) to reveal what is loving (and what is not loving), and to practice ways of receiving their deep guidance so that we deal with ourselves with respect and others with love. All are welcome to attend.’

There will also be an Organic Vegetable and Herb Growing Course taking place at The Heritage Garden at Avila, Bloomfield Avenue, Donnybrook Dublin 4.
Starting May 5th, and running for 15 weeks, participants will learn all about seed propagation, planning a vegetable garden, intercropping, complementary growing, composting, organic fertilisers, transplanting, pest control and seed saving – all while gaining hands on experience in the garden.
